Waist strap size:
- S/M: Adjustable from 30” - 45” (measure around the navel)
- L/XL: Adjustable from 42” - 50” (measure around the navel)
Plate Capacity:
- S/M: Accepts Medium BALCS/SPEAR cut soft armor, and plates up to 10" x 12.5"
- L/XL: Accepts Large BALCS/SPEAR cut soft armor, and plates up to 11" x 14" x 5/8"
